The breathtaking decor at the plush green lawn area at the entrance was an eye soother, indeed splendid us.

One can also opt for the smaller lawn for a smaller function like a sangeet or a Mehendi which can accommodate 200 to 250 people easily.

Not only decor, Hyatt Regency team has delighted us with their chatpata flavours too.

I personally fell in love with the Kachori with Chhole & JALEBI.

Hi Friends, you must be finding loads of fashion coverage on my blog. Well, I love to showcase the best of fashion to you all. This time I’ll talk about the recent fashion extravaganza – INDIA RUNWAY WEEK 2016 that commenced in Delhi last week at Thyagraj Stadium in association with Big Boy Toyz.

INDIA RUNWAY WEEK 2016 celebrated its Season 6 Summer Edition and this time the event was grandeur celebration of Youngish talent along with the establish designers. India as a country is full of talent, but is lacking platforms to help our people showcase their expertise in the field of fashion.

INDIA RUNWAY WEEK 2016 is one such inventiveness to bridge the gap between aspiring designers and the dynamic fashion industry and enable them to showcase their talent to the world. I must say, it is essential to open the doors for next generation fashion designers and making designer clothes accessible to fashionable audience like us.  This platform provides the designers of various genre excellent business opportunities from retail as well as trade buyers. Not only this, India Runway Week facilitates great networking sessions where buyers & designers can interact with each other and take their career to the next level.

The opening show named as “Fashion Startups of India” started with oomph & glamour, with beautiful models sashaying the collection of eight young designer’s selected among the thirty young designers who participated under “Newgen” category named as Megha & Jigar, Vishala Shree,  Ankita & Akshita,  Vanica Chhabra, Rahul Kapoor,  Bani Pasricha,  Fahd Khatri and Sanya Garg. To boost up their confidence, eminent personalities like RJ Rocky, RJ Henna & RJ Ashish from Red FM also walked the ramp for Fashion Startups; the entire show was sponsored by IFFD.

DAY 1 

Sisters Snidhi & Ishana showcased their label SNISHH highlighting dynamic cuts, geometric prints. It is for those who love to express themselves through fashion.

Natasa Stankovic – fame of “DJ Wale Babu song” walked the ramp for Gauri Couture looking absolutely resplendent and gorgeous.

Rapper Ish Kaur, performed a stunning number  wearing  Designer Rohini Gungwani Ethic Collection 

What steal my heart at the show was the beautiful makeover of a 16 year old cancer patient Chesi Anne Basil by VARIJA DESIGN STUDIO, who’s wish was to walk on the ramp to celebrate life. Undoubtedly, she is a role model for all other who are fighting this deadly disease. Her Spirit was well celebrated by the designer Varija Bajaj who embraced her with a PAGDI as an ode to womanhood. The show was dedicated to these Women who are today the drivers of growth and future.

DAY 2

The second day of the India Runway week Season 6 celebrated the beauty of different styles women tend to explore sartorially. The day started with college students doing ramp walk “Think Design” which is a part of the India Runway Week by IFFD celebrating the summer collection 2016.
